LAB Profile is a development of NLP Meta Programs, first described by Leslie Cameron-Bandler in the 1970’s and refined early 1980’s for the business setting by Roger Bailey. Meta Programs are the ways in which we filter our experience. At its roots is Noam Chomsky’s PhD 1957 dissertation on Transformational Grammar which has become a specialisation in the field of linguistics.

The last few sessions, both Liverpool and Manchester have been excellent and "sold out" which really means that all spaces were taken and I had to close the registration page early and advise members that they could not attend.... now there are often circumstances that arise, but we did get a few "no shows" and could have let other members come. Some did send apologies, thanks for them but of course the frustration is that people missed a great event or were not able to get a place. Please make every effort to come, it's like the W of the GROW model, What next/Willpower....commitment !!
